Eligibility for Returns:

Returns or replacements are considered under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Products: If the product received is damaged during shipping. 

2. Incorrect Products: If an incorrect product is delivered. 

3. Manufacturing Defects: If the product has manufacturing defects. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 48 business hours of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and in unused condition.

Note: Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website, www.nuvayu.in. The final decision regarding the acceptance of the return rests with us after a thorough verification of the product's condition. 

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within 48 business hours of receiving your order. 

2. Verification: Our team will guide you through the verification process. 

3. Return Shipment: Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original condition. 

4. Refund Initiation: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. 

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

· Eligible Returns: For products that meet the return eligibility criteria   

   mentioned above. 

· Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock or not shipped. 

· Order Cancellation: 

1) Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a full   

   refund will be processed. 

2) After Dispatch: If you cancel after the product has been dispatched, a transportation fee of INR 100 will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours after verification. The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
